Charming accommodation with unbeatable and stunning location on the Kent coast. Breakfast with the hot dishes and also scrambled eggs or poached haddock.

Very quaint area.

The hotel was located so close to an establishment with such an incredible history and the restaurant or bar. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. The property was placed in the central location to a cafe down the road for double the portion size at half the price. We ordered lunch at New Wok Express, located a couple of blocks away from the venue.

I was given a charming old room with diamond paned Windows and 2 bottles water, as example. Even though some of the staff were a little disorganised, I had a real good stay. The service was good in my opinion. The property's location was stunning and very pretty, to approach through the arch. Plus, a historic house was so close to the venue.

Exceptionally nice hotel units with the sloping creaky wooden floors and a roll top bath plus four poster bed.

We have booked double room with good modern facilities. The room was fairly good, and we had a nice view of the roof top. The hotel restaurant was beautiful for dinner.

Atmospheric hotel, I truly enjoyed its very central location adjacent to the restuarant, and the beautiful Mermaid Street.

We were there for 1 day, everything was great, greatly enjoyed its stunning and unique location next to the Mermaid on anything, restaurants and an establishment with such an incredible history. The twin room was marvellous, included coffee and a lounge.

Der Schwimmteich im Garten war kristallklar und sehr einladend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Das Personal war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels inmitten der schönen Natur des Zillertals war perfekt für alle Aktivitäten.

I had an awesome experience here, everything was great, the location was super near to convenient town centre as well as Rye Castle. My twin room was marvellous and authentic. Truly enjoyed their hot drinks, served in the main bar.

The breakfast offered was great with yogurt, fried bread, couldn't have asked for more. I booked a twin room for 1 night and had an awesome stay. Stunning location of the hotel right in the centre of Rye.

Everything here was first-class, and the weather was such warm, loved it. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, with nice variety. The room was good sized, had a pleasant view over the town.
